Weekly Meal Plan 8th August 2016

This is my fourth week on the Slimming World diet now and I am starting to get to grips with it. I have so far lost half a stone. Although I don’t seem to do too well at the weekends I need to start planning better for these.

Cajun chicken with jacket potatoes and salad

Meatballs with courgetti and broccoli

Stir fry pork with noodles

Sausage casserole with mash and vegetables
 
Friday
Slow cooker chicken curry with rice
 
Saturday
Homemade Slimming World quiche with salad

Chicken in the slow cooker with veg and new potatoes
