RECIPE OF THE MONTH



Onion Bhaji Recipe Slimming World

This month my recipe of the month is another slimming world recipe which is syn free. They taste really good.

Ingredients

1 Cal fry light spray
1 Red onion, halfed then sliced
1 White onion, sliced
1 Sweet potato, grated
1tbsp Curry powder
1 Beaten egg




Pre-heat oven to 200c and spray the 1 can spray onto a baking tray.

Fry the onions in a frying pan with the 1 cal spray until they go slightly brown.

Once the onion is browned off add them to a bowl with the sweet potato and egg. Combine together.

Add the curry paste and mix together.

Make six small balls onto the baking tray and then spray the 1 cal spray on top on the bhaji’s.

Bake in the oven for about 15-20 mins, until they go brown or slightly burnt looking.

Serve with salad, yogurt and mint sauce.

I would rate this month’s recipe of the month 9 out of 10 as they taste so good.
